Our Courier Service

We use Fed Ex to handle our despatches using their Priority 24HR Trackable Delivery Service. We use Fed Ex as they handle all deliveries with care, giving you piece of mind your order will arrive promptly and safely to your delivery address. A Fed Ex Trackable reference will be provided on despatch for you to trace your order in transit.

Delivery Details

Please note that the couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day and operate a signed for service, that means someone will need to be in to receive the delivery. If youre not in, the couriers will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery, or collecting the parcel from your local depot. They will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour unless stated otherwise on checkout. You may find it easier to give a work address if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to sign for your order.

If you miss the delivery the Courier will attempt to re-deliver the order at no extra cost, however if this exceeds the two attempted dropoffs we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee if the customer is not there to collect the goods as arranged.

During Public Bank Holidays orders will be processed and despatched the next available working day. As the Bank Holiday may affect Royal Mail/Courier delivery times, please bear with us as we try and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

British Forces Post Office (BFPO)

We are happy to ship orders via the BFPO, the same shipping options and rates apply for the UK but when completing your order fill in the delivery address for UK OFFSHORE.

Make sure the information is included as follows.

• Service No Rank Name

• BFPO No

This information can be provided in the additional information section on the site.

As required by the BFPO we will remove any delivery information that should not be disclosed from the address label but this must be completed when you place your order to ensure shipping is calculated correctly.
