Priority 24HR Trackable Delivery Service. We use Fed Ex as they handle all deliveries with care, giving you piece of mind your order will arrive promptly and safely to your delivery address. A
Fed Ex Trackable reference will be provided on despatch for you to trace your order in transit.

Our staff operate to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, with the vast majority of orders leaving Body Max Supplements within 24 hours of receipt. However on occasion, during periods of high demand, a small number of orders may take a time longer to dispatch. You can view the current status of your order at any time using the

My order has been dispatched, when will be delivered?
Orders dispatched by FedEx UK / ParcelForce International can be tracked immediately from when you receive a despatch notification email or simply log in to the My Account area of the site.
We are unable to guarantee delivery dates as the activities of our delivery agents are beyond our control. However, as a guideline only, most parcels arrive within 24 hours following dispatch (UK Mainland). Upon dispatch you will receive a dispatch notification email containing, amongst other things, a period during which we estimate your goods to arrive. We understand that you wish to receive your goods as quickly as possible but respectfully request that customers allow the full estimated delivery period to expire prior to contacting us. The overwhelming majority of dispatches do arrive during the stated time.
Royal Mail parcels are typically delivered by your regular postman and will arrive with the normal mail. FexEx UK deliveries are made at any point during the working day; usually between 8:30am and 5pm. FedEx UK deliveries do not take place on Saturdays or Sundays.

You can track your delivery and view the status of your order online at any time by logging in to the My Account are of the site. Information containing your tracking number will be sent to you in an email, where you can follow instructions to track your delivery.
You will automatically receive a dispatch notification email detailing the specifics of your delivery when your consignment leaves us.
My delivery has not yet arrived. What now?
On occasion a parcel may take longer than usual to be delivered. We understand these situations are frustrating and appreciate your patience in the matter whilst we work to resolve the issue. If you have not received your goods after the last date of your delivery estimate (detailed in your dispatch notification email) please get in touch with us and we will investigate the matter. If you no longer have access to your dispatch notification email you can view your delivery estimate in the My Account area of the site.
Where can you deliver?
We deliver to UK Mainland, Offshore (Isle of Man) (Scottish Highlands) (Isle of White), Ireland (Northern), Channel Islands. We also deliver to BFPO addresses and also to International destinations in Europe.
Who will deliver my order?
We ship orders using a combination of FedEx UK and Royal Mail / ParcelForce International.
Small and light orders are typically sent by Royal Mail. Large, heavy items - protein powders, weight gainers and the like - are sent by FedEx UK / ParcelForce International. You will be notified of who to expect in your dispatch notification email. A signature is required upon receipt of goods as proof of delivery.
I wasnt home when the delivery agent attempted delivery. What now?
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted you will be left a calling card by the delivery agent. This will detail all of the information required to re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time, or to collect the consignment in person; simply follow the instructions provided.
If you miss the delivery the Courier will attempt to re-deliver the order at no extra cost, however if this exceeds the two attempted drop-offs we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee if the customer is not there to collect the goods as arranged.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, we require a signature upon receipt of goods as proof of delivery.
Can I have my goods delivered to my work address?
Yes, a large number of our consignments are dispatched to commercial addresses. We strongly encourage you to include as much relevant delivery information as possible in these cases. For example, please include the company name and any department or office names required to route your parcel internally. This will help ensure your goods reach you in good time.
Can you leave my parcel with a neighbour / in the porch / in the garage?
We are not able to provide an alternative delivery instruction if no-one is present at the primary property to receive the goods. If you know you are not going to be home to receive the consignment owing to work commitments you may like to have your goods delivered to your work address instead. If this isnt possible you might like to arrange for delivery to a family member, friend or neighbour.
Can I have my order delivered at the weekend?
Presently we are unable to arrange weekend deliveries. Unless your order is arriving by Royal Mail, where they operate until 12:00 mid-day in certain areas.

when completing your order fill in the delivery address for UK OFFSHORE.
