Q 1: How do i shop online with Body Max Supplements.co.uk?
Answer: Simple:
- Add the items to your basket, fill in your details and pay. A confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address, along with details of logging in to check the status of your order. This makes shopping with us simple on any future orders, plus you also collect Product Points. (What are Product Points? Click here for more info.)
- You can also chose to register with us straight away by creating an account, gaining full access to all our Product Points, Product Promotional Offers, Free Samples, Birthday Gifts, Product Updates, Gym Workout Programmes and much more.
Q 2: How to register with Body Max Supplements?
Answer:
- Simply click on Create Account link or the Login Page. Choose the option to Create Account and provide the required details for us to process and deliver your order. We only need essential details from you and dont pass your details on to anyone else. Once created you will be sent a confirmation email. You then complete your order and logout when finished. As Simple as that.
- Alternatively when you add a product to your basket and click checkout, on completion your order will be confirmed to your stated email address along with a generated password for you to check the status of your order. The details contained in the email can be used next time to log-in to your account. This way it makes shopping with us easier for you.
All data input areas are protected by GeoTrust Encryption SSL Certificate. We take security very seriously. If you notice the lock symbol will display in all secure data input pages, such as checkout, account pages and other required areas.
Q 3: What is the Loyalty Points System?Answer:
- We value your custom and as a way of showing our appreciation we have set up a Loyalty Points System. Q 5: How do i write a product review?
Answer:
- To do so click onto the product page of the item you wish to write the review on and click the link to write a review. To view all reviews click the option to view. Enter your comment, name and email address and submit. Easy.
We also appreciate feedback of our site so that we can make adjustments and improvements where necessary. We do listen to our customers to make the whole experience with us streamline. **Please note all comments left are monitored but we shall only amend them if inappropriate language is used. We dont erase any message left so that products do build up a fair/average star rating.**
